The job: A leading academic publisher of higher education textbooks, journals and online resources in the humanities and social sciences is looking to appoint a Product Manager to join a hard working and creative team on the marketing of journals and reference products. Reporting to the Library and Marketing Manager the person appointed will be responsible for growing the profile and sales for their own list of print and online journals and reference products. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who would enjoy contributing to the growth of a high profile and rapidly growing part of a well known company.

The person: Candidates will need previous experience of marketing including digital and direct marketing. Proven organisational skills and the drive to progress several major projects at once are essential. Experience of marketing subscription based online products would be preferred but is not essential. The role would suit a dynamic and driven individual who would enjoy the challenge of working in a fast moving online publishing environment.
